Youth Programs

Fairfax Choral Society Youth Programs
The Fairfax Choral Society is continuing to grow and expand its youth program offerings. We now offer three Youth Chorus Campuses (which include musicianship classes) and additional Musicianship Classes for young children and high school students.

The Youth Choruses provide young singers in grades Pre-K through 12 the opportunity to expand their vocal experience in an auditioned, graded choral program. They have sung for schools, the DC United, with the American Youth Philharmonic Orchestra, the Alexandria Choral Society, at the White House, Carnegie Hall, for the Microsoft Government Leaders Forum, at the Wolf Trap Performing Arts Center, with the FCS Adult Chorus, and with other youth choruses throughout Virginia.

Leading these Youth Programs are Patrick Vaughn, Director of Youth Choruses, and Michelle McCarten, Director of Youth Education.
